Valencia Fashion Week

Si en la pasada edición de Cibeles nos trajo la inesperada noticia que los bloggers tendrían un rincón en la sección de prensa, la Valencia Fashion Week da un paso más tendrá portavoces específicos por Internet. Y es que por más que nos agasajen con regalos y ágapes (sí, reconozco una envidia incontenible por no haber comido chez Chanel, espero ver fotos pronto!) no hay nada más gratificante que nos premien la ilusión invertida, el tesón empeñado y el trabajo desempeñado.

It is finally official! Xaviworld will be covering Valencia Fashion’s Week as the official blogger for menswear. How’s that? Well yeah, thanks to Víctor Blanco, our very last itboy – again, one and million times thanks! – I’ve been pleased with such an honour. Who knows, maybe other fashion weeks will follow the lead…well, I’m open for indecent proposals.

So, these upcoming summer – from September 1st to 3rd precisely - you’ll be able to follow what’s hot in Valencia through this brand new space: Xaviworld with BowTie. Truth is the Spring Summer’s program is yet to be revealed, so I’m afraid there is not much more that I can anticipate, yet in the last few days I’ll be showing some of last’s years suggestions that I believe had a great impact on our closets.

Last Madrid’s Fashion Week surprised us all with the exciting new that blogger’s would have a booked space as press, but Valencia Fashion Week takes it one step forward finally choosing spokespersons for the net media itself. Regardless of the presents and banquets offered – I may be helplessly jealous of all the mates that were chez Chanel today – there is nothing like being rewarded for all the effort and the work done.
