COLLECTION FRÁGIL ESTACIÓN DE ESQUÍ (FRAGILE SKI RESORT)

The collection is inspired in the clothes for ski jumps of the Vancouver Winter Olympics 2010 and in the fragility of the human body during the performance of those.

The designs combine the colourist vivacity of the alpine jumpsuits with explicit allusions to the human body, obtained not only by the cuts, folds and own textiles included in the collection, but for the transparency of the organzas and an intentional loyalty to the human figure.

In the first series "skiing + muscles" the red colours gain importance, always combined with bone white and some blue. In the second series the red one disappears in favour of the yellow and the blue ones: biliary apparatus and subjective image of platelets. In the last series the bone white tone, which is a bit the silent conductor wire of the collection, takes possession of the garments; referring to the fragility of the human skeleton and announcing the end of the collection.
