Your spirit burns, brimming with love and yet it is barren and flickers out.
Your arms are immobilised while your soul flees like a fugitive from your restrained body.
A tired out body, which, at times is light and other times is as heavy as stone.
You drag your leaden feet around the dance hall.
Days of fasting, sumptuous nights brimming with dishes of food.
Shrinking, swelling up again, being reduced to extremes.
For so little you disappeared and, once seen, you never went away again.
Engrossed in the melodic rhythm, you no longer hear anyone.
You laugh, you sob unconsoled and, on returning, you burst out laughing.
Abandoned by kindness, you discover that you are freer than ever.
They say bipolar to you and you feel like that.
