NEW MODELS

This VFW project, in collaboration with El Corte Ingles, levante-emv.com, informacion.es and Dorsia, is looking for new boys and girls to hop on the catwalk in younger model parades. Winners will also receive, besides their participation in Zona D and Zona OFF,  and photo books shot at the Fashion Set.

OFF PARADE

Every night, the zone between Space MYA and the CAC parking will host the Pasarela OFF where will take place the parades for the designers' collections such as: Offkaos coordinated by the EASD; International Off with the School of Fashion Design Varsovia and Lodz; Visa Knowing, Alberto Neves and Jarabowtie.

FLASHBAG by PERONDA CERÁMICAS

How to make a crazy bag is a tribute to those whose with their ideas and their hands are capable of creating fashion, from the initial sketch to finished product. A surreal installation contrasted proportions, styles and questioning reality. A trip to the past with the aesthetic perceptions of the present.

The closing of the twelfth edition will have a charity character. The ticket sales will be held at the Fashion Set (Pinazo Place, Valencia).

Takings will go to various NGOs, Rubio Kids by Hortensia Maeso for Diamond Child and Antonio García and Amparo Chordá for Charity’s House of Valencia.

The usual VFW distinctions that will be delivered on 17th February at 20 h, before the final parade. Revlon Professional Award | American Crew for the best hair design. Peronda Ceramics Prize for the best collection of Zone D. And, Pedro Rodríguez VFW Award, which honors the company, entity or person that more and more have contributed to the internationalization of industry and commerce of Valencian design.

Every night, MYA Space becomes the epicenter of the parties. Every night unique and suggestive ways to celebrate the parade, activities, collections, sponsors... VALENCIA FASHION WEEK is present on the third day, celebrating its complicity with the people who live their daily events and proposes an extension of activities as closure of the official gateway.

From February 10 to 18, enjoy VFW live from Plaza de la Moda, and also you can pick up tickets for the shows: the Plaza de los Pinazo, right next to El Corte Inglés of  Pintor Sorolla – Colón Subway.  
Photographic fashion sessions every day in Fashion Set. Photos and videos are uploaded to the web to download and share.
