 This Collection was inspired by a poem.
Night-time in the forest by a lake. Observing the dancing of the light, feeling the beauty of the movement of the water and the air. The sight of freedom dancing.
The imagination of creatures that are born and then disappear while dancing to the movements of lights and shadows. The spirits of the wind and the water.
An encounter with light and darkness until both of them come together.
The flooding of the senses until all of them are lost in one single illusion.
Philosophy
A midsummer night’s dream
“Sombra de luz”
Opening my eyes and knowing that I am lost, thousands of dancing shadows appear before me which voluptuously give themselves over to brilliant rays of all colours.
Lifting my wings, l allowed myself to be swept along by the perfection of concealment that inspires me to forget.
My wings, which are weighed down by humid heat, make me plunge on reaching the cold of darkness.
Indefinable creatures grow and snatch the last gleam of light.
With the music of a night of suspense rising in the air, tears are gifted to those who emerge only to get lost again inside themselves.
The thrust of the golden ray of light in its own spirit casts a spell of happiness of coloured dust that encourages colours and sounds to smile mutually. A spirit of the summer.
Structure
A collection for men and women with a total of ten looks.
Fluid lines in dresses and trousers which witness movement.
Folded shapes in blouses and dresses (gathering up the lower part) contrast with rigid forms.
Volume is created to give it a base of movement.
Smooth, fluid and transparent materials on a dark base.
Black, grey, white, blue and green are brought together with hints of different colours.
Cotton serves as a base for graphic printing. |
