When our mood deteriorates, life begins to seem to us like one of those old mansions haunted by ghosts.  Unhealthy places with an air of romanticism where time and space disappear.  Everything is sadness, apathy and melancholy.  Our house is filled with shadows.  Death worries us and we do not only feel frightened but also on edge and terribly distressed.  Fear and suffering confuse and affect us deeply.  Fear paralyses our limbs which have now become like those of old porcelain dolls.  We form part of a nightmare which is difficult to wake up from. 

Health and illness are an integral part of life.  The moment to have ourselves treated has arrived.  In the clinic broken lives are repaired.  The doctor uses multiple proteses to put us back together again.  Daily walks calm us and, among the chloroform perfumed roses of the clinic, our heart beats strongly once again. 

Now we are cured.  We have hopes and life is pleasant and positive once more.  Our minds do not play tricks on us anymore.  The fractures have already been welded but we will have to take precautions because something that was fractured and fixed acquires a certain amount of fragility in its joints.  The scars of the spirit do not always close completely although time patches them up wisely and gives them character.
