All that glitters is not gold – sometimes what we do not see is the best and, other times, we can tell from what we see that it seems ideal to us. 

Not all that glitters is perfect - to some people, what they do not like is precisely that it glitters so much that something attracts us, or it does not depend on each person’s own scale of values.
