STUDIES

1986-1989

  • Fashion Design and Industrial Patterning, the Alona Centre of New Professions of Alicante.  Given a mention for having the best promotion file.  1989. Post-graduate course: Wardrobe for Theatre, School of Arts and Professions of Valencia and Drama Centre of the G.V. 1991.  Initiation course together with Recognition of Tissues, Textile and Clothing Museum of Barcelona.

1991

  • Diploma in Industrial Preparation, Dpt Textile Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.  1997. Art finalist in Graphic Design, School of Arts and Professions of Alicante.  1998. 450 hours of work experience in a Graphic design company.

2007

  • CARMEN FASHION PARADE.  FASHION WEEK II of Valencia, Prince Felipe Museum of Sciences.  “6_2 Collection” Winter 2008.
  • PAMESA BASKETBALL, design and preparation of the new protocol suit for this basketball team, in the first division of the ACB (National Basketball League), from the city of Valencia.
  • FASHION FRIDAY 18th May, parade at PACHA VLC. Collective
  • EXHIBITION, The Magic of Fashion, 12-20th July, municipal youth centre “Mesón de Morella”. He belonged to the following

  • Design and preparation of the official protocol wardrobe of the PAMESA BASKETBALL TEAM of VALENCIA.

2005

  • Biennale III of Valencia Art, he created a special party suit for dancing and was assigned to do this for the inaugural spectacle.
  • He belonged to the following associations: P.I.V  (Valencian Industrial Prêt à porter), A.N.D.E., Association of New Spanish Designers and the Association of Creatius Dissenyadors de Gracia, G3.

2004

  • Gala for New Designers from Alicante, Saint John’s beach, Alicante.
    Inauguration of a new boutique-workshop in Barcelona.

2003

  • Carmen Fashion Parade. Exhibition Palace. Re-evolution Collection, menswear and ladies wear. 
  • Aural Gallery. Multimedia exhibition.
  • Velázquez House, Madrid. Presentation of the spring-summer Collection2004, Evolution.
  • Inauguration of RAGS, the first multi-brand boutique in Barcelona.
  • He formed part of the Panel of Judges for the Murcia Youth Fashion Award given by the G.A. of Murcia.

  • Barcelona Fashion Centre, from September onwards he participated in the New Designers’ Exhibition.

1999

  • DESIGN 3, FASHION School, imparted classes on costume design, fashion and the history of the dress, from March to July.
  • Opening of a new shop and studio in Alicante. Expansion of sales points in Almería, Córdoba, Ciudad Real, Oviedo, Reus, Zaragoza and Alicante.

1998

  • Pro-Restoration of the Basílica Virgen Desamparados Parade in the Music Palace of Valencia.
  • 450 hours of work experience in a Graphic Design company.

1997-1998

  • Modalacant: He collaborated with this publication as a redactor and fashion expert. He travelled to Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid writing about the fashion parades of FIMI, Gaudí and Cibeles.

1996

  • UNICEF Parade of the 15th February in Novelda, Alicante.
  • Red Cross Parade on the 28th June in the Plaza de Los Luceros (Luceros Square) Alicante.
  • Gaudí Space, proposals for summer 97 and participation at the collective parade in the Hall.

1992

  • Scholarship for Young Designers, IMPIVA. He participated in the two editions of FIMI and Home Textiles.

1991

1989

  • He created his own company under the name of Akros along with Carmen Rodríguez Da Silva and Rafael Lucena Carrasco. In September he opened a boutique and workshop for preparing designs for women’s clothing.
  • Participation in Expoconsumo 89, fashion Design Contest, Bilbao.
